It’s pouring in LA. Like lots and lots of water is falling from the sky. And these people are getting wet… and it’s chilly out there folks. So if you happen to be near both a homeless person AND a place that curates, prepares and sells Hot Dogs, Weiners, Schnitzel, Sausage etc. buy that homeless a hot dog! I recommend the quarter pound foot long because I can giggle about...
